Carrot Pupcake Cake Mix

Introducing our new Carrot Pupcake Mix! the easiest way to bake wholesome treats for your dog at home! Just add a few wet ingredients, bake, and watch your furry friend enjoy delicious, nutritious pupcakes made with real ingredients. Because every dog deserves a homemade treat made with love!

: Carrot Pupcake Mix 
**Ingredients You’ll Need:**

- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup of oil - olive oil or coconut oil
- 1/2 cup of water

**Icing Ingredients:** ( optional )
- 1/2 cup non-fat yogurt
- 1 teaspoon honey

**Additional Topping:** ( optional )
- Save 1 tbs of shredded carrots before pouring mix into jar.

**Instructions:**

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin/cupcake pan with cupcake liners or olive oil/coconut oil spray. 

2. In a mixing bowl, add the Carrot Pupcake Mix and whisk together the egg, oil, and water until well combined.

3. Stir in the grated carrots until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

4. The cake batter should be a little runny, not stiff, add water little by little if needed  

5. Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling each about two-thirds full.

6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

7. Allow the cupcakes to cool for 20-30 mins  

8. While the cupcakes are cooling, prepare the icing by mixing the non-fat yogurt and honey together until smooth.

9. Once the cupcakes are cool, spread a dollop of yogurt-honey icing on top of each cupcake.

10. Sprinkle the remaining grated carrots on top of the icing for decoration, drizzled honey or any treat on top.

11. Serve to your furry friend and watch them enjoy their delicious treat!

Store in sealed container in the refrigerator for 4-5 days.
